In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Clients are responsible for providing safe and clear access to the service area. We are not responsible for delays or damages resulting from unsafe conditions, obstructed access, or undisclosed hazards.

10. Confidentiality and NDA Services

Where services are provided under a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) or separate confidentiality agreement, those agreements supplement these Terms. No technician is dispatched under NDA service until required documentation is executed.

11. Maintenance Plans (If Applicable)

If you enroll in a maintenance plan, additional terms may apply, including billing frequency, cancellation rights, and service limitations. Maintenance plans do not guarantee emergency response or unlimited repairs.

12. Communications and SMS Consent

By submitting your contact information, you consent to receive communications related to your service request, including phone calls, emails, and text messages.

Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time.
