Had our wine fridge repaired and also our oven!
Was our second opinion and we made the right choice using these guys. Ended up being half what the previous estimate was.

Was very personable, knowledgeable and efficient in his work! Den also offered to take a look at our grill and hood to make sure things were still working as expected! Will definitely call them again!

As a single female home owner, it’s difficult to get quality support with knowledgeable professionals. Kerry was incredibly patient and took time to explain what was happening. He helped me assess and clean my dryer vents even though he was here to fix my washer.

He is a kind person doing good honest work. I highly recommend working with him and his team. He also has a vision to help support low income clients or those in need. Big heart, highly technical, very fair prices.

Kerry did an amazing job repairing our deli equipment. I initially tried to replace the capacitor myself, but it didn’t work. I found Prime Fix Appliances Repair through Yelp and set up an appointment for an initial assessment. Kerry identified the issue within an hour and came back a week later with the necessary part. The price was reasonable, and scheduling the appointment was very easy over the phone. He is very diligent and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

First, I love this company, because even though it was a Sunday, they responded to my online request for an appointment immediately. Second, I appreciate that they have an online system through which you can schedule an appointment.

Third, and most importantly to me, the technician who came out was efficient, pleasant, considerate of our home and knowledgeable. He was even putting the process of ordering the needed parts into motion as he assessed the problem. He came back within a couple of days with the needed part, and was in and out in 15-minutes!

After 2020 I had a terrible time finding a reliable appliance repair company for our needs; it was one bad experience after another. So, I was a bit skeptical about the service I would receive. But it was great, and now Prime Fix Appliances repair is going to be my shop for all of my appliance issues. Buy with confidence!

Common Sub-Zero Appliance Problems

Why is my Sub-Zero refrigerator not cooling properly?

Cooling loss may be caused by compressor problems, sealed system issues, evaporator failures, airflow restrictions, or refrigerant leaks. Built-in Sub-Zero systems require specialized diagnostics due to their advanced refrigeration design.

Freezer temperature issues often involve evaporator systems, defrost components, airflow restrictions, or failing temperature sensors.

Continuous operation may indicate dirty condensers, refrigerant loss, failing door seals, airflow problems, or thermostat-related issues.

Leaks are commonly caused by clogged drain systems, frozen defrost lines, damaged water valves, or condensation buildup inside the appliance.

Ice maker failures may involve water inlet valves, frozen fill tubes, filtration issues, control boards, or damaged ice maker assemblies.

Buzzing, humming, rattling, or clicking sounds may indicate failing fans, compressor strain, airflow obstructions, or internal mechanical issues.

Excess frost buildup may result from damaged door seals, airflow restrictions, defrost system failures, or sensor malfunctions.

Error messages often indicate sensor failures, communication issues, control board malfunctions, or cooling system problems requiring professional diagnostics.

Sub-Zero appliances use advanced built-in refrigeration systems, dual-compressor technology, and precision cooling controls that require specialized repair expertise and accurate diagnostics.
